The theme of the 4 90-min classes is headstand vinyasa. We will begins with some yoga breathing practice followed by some warm up poses. After that, we will build up our body heat with some core works and some preparation for headstand. We will prepare our body step by step for headstand. In these 4 classes, we will practice tripod, tripod headstand, supported headstand, headstand variations, crow to headstand and back to crow, headstand to chaturanga and headstand drop back to forearm wheel. Our goal after the 4 classes is to hold a headstand without a wall in the center of the mat.
