In this 15-hour Therapeutic Essential and Benefits of Yoga Teacher Training focuses on the strategies and skills to design, implement and evaluate group yoga classes for the common disorders and pathologies of the major human systems and common mental health conditions, as well as other goals and aspirations of the student as relevant to the work of a yoga teacher.

Syllabus

In this 15-hour Therapeutic Essential and Benefits of Yoga Teacher Training, we focus on the strategies and skills to design, implement and evaluate yoga classes for the common disorders of the major human systems and common mental health conditions.

 

Topics to be included but not limited in the training:

- Introduction to Ayurvedic Principles

- Human Anatomy and Physiology

- Yogic study for Hamstring

- Yogic study for Back Conditions (Scoliosis, Sciatica, Slipped disc, Lordosis, Kyphosis)

- Yogic study for Knee Injury

- Yogic study for Stress & Hypertension

- Class Sequencing Technique-Teaching Technique

Once signed-up, the programme is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment of tuition fee by bank transfer and online payment only.

Certification

Upon graduation you will be awarded a certification of completion with which you can register with Yoga Alliance as continuing education.

Requirement

Applicants should have at least 3 months of regular yoga practice and prepare to commit to regular self-practice during the programme.
