Class Rule

You are required to observe and follow the following class rules at one yoga
 

General

Please sign up and check in before class: Make sure to book your class and sign in before it starts. If you attend a class without booking, you will be asked to purchase a One Class Drop In, even if you have an existing pass with us.

Be punctual: Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of class. All classes begin promptly, and you will not be allowed in after 15 minutes has elapsed.

​

No mobile phones in the classroom area: Please turn your phone to silent mode or switch it off. Keep your phone in a bag or at the back of the studio, and do not place it near the mat.

Be considerate: If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend any yoga classes. If you are in recovery and would like to attend a class, please wear a mask. For your safety and the safety of others, we reserve the right to refuse you entry to a class if we believe you are unwell.

No eating or drinking in class: Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the teaching area of the studio. You are, however, allowed to drink from your own water bottle.

​

No shoes: Please remove your shoes before entering the yoga rooms.

Classes may be cancelled from time to time due to various reasons. Please keep an eye out for cancellation emails.

Health and Safety

Given the recent development of the coronavirus outbreak, we have some new guidelines that we would like everyone to follow to help protect yourself and your fellow students! 💁🏼‍♀️💁🏻‍♂️

🤲🏻 Wash your hands before and after class.
💦 Spray your own mats with alcohol solution before and after class.
🙅🏼‍♂️ Do not come to yoga classes if you are feeling unwell.
😷 Please dispose your masks outside of the studio area or designated rubbish bin.
