About Our Programme
As Hong Kong’s leading RYT200 yoga training school, One Yoga has trained over 600 yoga teachers since 2018. Our programme has been designed to prepare you to become a professional teacher with a balanced approach covering both theory and practice of yoga. We teach everything from the ground up to help people with a limited background to pick up concepts quickly. Many of our graduates have started their own yoga studio or are teaching as a professional teacher.
We are proud of our great network of alumni and supportive class culture, which provides a nurturing environment for all our students. By enrolling in our programme, you will deepen your personal practice, learn how to sequence and teach classes, and develop the skills needed to create a safe and supportive environment for your students.

Terms & Conditions
Once you sign up for the programme, you cannot get a refund or transfer your place to someone else.
You can only pay the tuition fee by bank transfer or online payment. Your place in the programme is only confirmed when we receive your payment. You agree to all the programme's terms and conditions once you make your payment.

If you miss a class, you can inform us in advance to arrange recording of the session. If physical classes are disrupted due to COVID-19 or government regulations, the classes may be rescheduled for a later date when it is safe to conduct physical classes. If you cannot attend the rescheduled classes, you can change to a later batch once without any fee. However, we will not refund the tuition fee under any circumstances.
